What the client needed

Wurkzen needed a comprehensive Voice AI platform to help modern revenue and sales teams close more deals. The project spanned multiple technology layers — from a Python-powered AI engine and Laravel backend to a NuxtJS dashboard and a WordPress marketing site. This was one of our most technically complex builds, requiring real-time audio processing, natural language understanding, and deep CRM integration across the entire sales pipeline.

What we built

We built the entire stack from scratch: a Laravel backend handling business logic, API orchestration, and CRM data synchronization; Python microservices powering the Voice AI engine with intelligent call analysis, sentiment detection, and real-time coaching prompts for sales reps; a NuxtJS dashboard where sales teams manage calls, view conversation analytics, track deal progress, and receive AI-generated follow-up suggestions; and a WordPress + Elementor marketing website optimized for lead generation and product positioning. The architecture handles thousands of concurrent calls with low-latency audio streaming.
