What the client needed

LearnBrands needed a complete digital learning solution — a public-facing marketing website to attract brands, and a robust Moodle LMS backend to deliver compliance training, product education, and certification programs for cannabis industry employees across multiple companies. The platform needed to serve multiple client brands from a single installation while maintaining separate branding, user pools, and reporting for each organization.

What we built

We delivered a two-part platform: a Wix-based marketing website for brand education and lead generation, and a heavily customized Moodle LMS with IOMAD multi-tenancy. Each client brand gets its own custom theme, user enrollment workflow, and reporting dashboard — all running on a single Moodle installation. We integrated SCORM content support for industry-standard courseware, gamification elements including badges and leaderboards to drive learner engagement, corporate SSO for seamless authentication, and detailed analytics dashboards for training managers to track completion rates and compliance status.
